3.  PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: LOPaN will provide opportunities for international enrichment, career enhancement, professional mobility as well as business networking among Nigerian professionals.

4.  RESPONSIBLE ADVOCACY: LOPaN will serve as a responsible advocacy for Nigerian professionals abroad, and improve understanding of issues affecting the political, social and economic life of Nigerians at home and abroad.
